It’s incredibly useful in trying to figure out what your feet need in order to support the rest of your body during squats, deadlifts, etc. I am also currently in the market for some light, simple and flat shoes. I have the Nike Free shoes and they are definitely not flat enough for me anymore. As I lift more, I am realizing that although they are great running shoes, they do very little to help with squats. In fact, they make them even more difficult. I will most likely be buying just a regular pair of Converse shoes.
I am by no means looking to lift weights to the point where I need Olympic type shoes. Hope you guys find this helpful!
